Terms of Service

The Inner Awakening (the "Service") is operated by NixxTech Group, Inc., a Florida corporation with its address at 7901 4th St N, Suite # 36221, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA ("NixxTech", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Inner Awakening is a self-guided tool for emotional reflection. Each session follows a structured process, and an AI guide responds to what you write.

The Service is not therapy, counselling, medical care or a crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing it produces is professional advice. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line straight away. Our support page lists some. The app may show crisis resources if it notices certain words in what you write, but it does not monitor sessions, cannot reliably tell whether you are in danger, and cannot contact emergency services or anyone else on your behalf.

The guide is generated by artificial intelligence. It can misunderstand you or say something that does not fit your situation. Use your own judgement about anything it reflects back, and stop a session at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who can open it can sign in as you. Tell us at support@the-inner-awakening.com if you think someone has used your account.

The free plan, Meet Yourself, includes three sessions. Paid plans (Practice and Awakening) are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your profile in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Founding Circle memberships are Awakening memberships, billed annually and bought on the web only. Your founding price stays the same for your first three annual payments, counted from your first founding payment, as long as your membership renews without a break. After your third annual payment, or if you cancel and later rejoin, your membership renews at the standard Awakening annual price in effect at that time. We will email you at least 30 days before your first renewal at the standard price, showing that price.

If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Please do not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful
• try to access other people's accounts or data
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service
• share your account with other people
• use the Service to create content meant to harm, harass or deceive anyone

What you write in the Service (your sessions, journal, check-ins and anything else you enter) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our privacy policy.

If you choose to submit a review, you also give us permission to show it, with the display name you chose, on our website and in our marketing. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

The Service, its design, its session structure and its written material, including the rituals and affirmations created by Marta Stankiewicz, are owned by NixxTech or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal reflection, but not copy or redistribute them.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and everything you wrote, email support@the-inner-awakening.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first. If we close your account when you have not broken these Terms, or we stop offering the Service, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

We work hard to keep the Service available and helpful, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that anything the guide produces will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

If you live in the EU or UK, you have legal rights if the Service does not match what these Terms describe, and nothing in this section limits them.

To the extent the law allows, NixxTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect and explain what is changing. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for. Changes needed for legal or security reasons may take effect sooner.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in its courts.

If you use the Service in Polish, the Polish version of these Terms is binding for you.
